Professionally, I am a practicing CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) through CTI, which is one of the oldest and largest coach training organizations in the world. CTI has trained over 35,000 coaches worldwide and is accredited through the ICF (International Coaches Federation). Additionally, I am a practicing organizational development and leadership consultant who is keen to work with people who have a readiness for change and a willingness to step in and do the work.
