Our services include certified professional coaching, credentialed by the ICF (International Coaches Federation) and CTI (Coaches Training Institute).
Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process which is unique to each client and often begins with a nagging urge for something different.
Working with a coach can help you move from where you are to where you want to be, in an authentic way. We get clear on what is most important to you (goals/intentions), work through obstacles, align values and provide support and accountability.
Are you ready for coaching?
If you answer "yes" (or "maybe") to any of the following, I urge you to give coaching a try:
- Are you looking for something "different" in your life but not sure what it is?
- Are you tired of working hard and not being satisfied?
- Do you believe that work/life can be more fulfilling?
- Are you ready for professional change?
- Are you experiencing a life transition (career, parenting, personal relationship, health, financial)?
- Do you feel stuck or alone on this journey?
"Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change."
-Wayne W. Dyer
Role of the coach:
- To be honest, straightforward and to challenge you.
- To ask powerful questions, listen deeply, observe and to provide insight.
- To hold you accountable.
- To celebrate successes.
- To bring humour, energy and authenticity to the coaching.
- To ensure the highest level of ethical standards and confidentiality in all coaching, as guided by the ICF.
Coaching can create profound changes in a client's life and momentum builds over time.
No preparation is needed to start coaching- come as you are!
How it works:
- Contact CWC for a sample coaching session (30 minutes) to experience coaching.
- Coaching occurs over the telephone, so geography is not an issue.
- Coaching sessions run from 30-60 minutes based on what the client wants.
- Coaching occurs (approximately) every two weeks.
- Sign-up for 6 months of coaching to experience the greatest value.
Our coaching relationship includes email and phone access, between conversations.
Get Started! You are worth it!

Approach
How I Do It
Curiosity drives my approach.
My belief is that leaders fundamentally know what needs to shift to improve performance. The challenge seems to be turning what we know into what we do (action). Taking critical "time out" to gain clarity and focus, often falls to the bottom of the priority list.
CWC contracts with clients to get clear on needs and determines a plan of action. Ownership of the plan remains with the client, creating momentum for change. CWC provides support, challenge and expertise enabling the client to achieve their goals.
About my process:
Step 1: Contract
The most valuable step is determining "fit" between the client and CWC. Are our values and philosophies aligned? Getting clear on expectations, objectives and deliverables is critical to this first conversation.
Step 2: Analyze
Understand the business problem. Dig deeper into the root cause determining what is preventing the individual/team/organization from operating at peak performance. What is the gap? Skills? Knowledge? Behaviour/Attitude? Uncover what is currently working well in the organization and leverage it.
Step 3: Design Strategy & Intervention
Clients can count on tailored solutions to meet their individual business needs. CWC is driven to reinforce organizational values and culture with business goals. Interventions include elements to strengthen relationships, increase accountability, and develop new leadership habits.
Step 4: Execute
Once we reach agreement on the type of intervention, it's time for action. Whether that be group facilitation, individual coaching, or program design.
Step 5: Evaluate Impact
Debrief the process, the project, and its impact. The client relationship does not end once the intervention is in place. CWC will check in to learn how performance has changed, what customers are saying, and how business results have shifted. Honest and direct feedback is an expectation.
